Action Plan 2007 - 2012

In 2002, during the Lisbon Seminar-Council, the Region approved an Action Plan that has been guiding its development in the past six years. As it came to an end, it is time to approve another Action Plan for the coming six years, the first six years of the second century of Scouting.

The aim of this Action Plan is to guide and help the Regional Committee and the Member Associations to promote the ICCS identity and to concretize its mission, to progress towards common goals and to achieve and deepen a lively presence of ICCS in our Region.

This Action Plan is organised according to six structural issues, each one of them having one objective which is concretized through several initiatives and/or activities. Note that some initiatives and activities may concretize more than one objective and be expressed in more than one structural issue.
