For a dialogue between Scouting and Catholic Church

This unique document was approved by the World Scout Committee on 25 April 1992 , by ICCS at the Meeting of its Steering Committee on 4 May 1992, and by the competent authorities of the Holy See in July 1992. To signify acceptance of its responsibility, the Pontifical Council for the laity sent this document to all the Episcopal Conferences, WOSM sent it to all the Scout Associations, and ICCS sent it to its entire member Associations and Councils or Committees.
